Cold Capellini Pasta

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp Laleli Virgin Olive Oil for Cooking
  • 100 g Capellini or spaghetti no.1
  • 2 units Soak mushroom
  • 1 tbsp Chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp Dashi
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

Cooking Method

  • Bring a pot of water to boil with a large pinch of salt
  • Drop capellini and cook for 3 ½ minutes.
  • While waiting, mix together all the other ingredients.
  • Once the capellini is ready, sift the pasta and drop it straight into the dressing.
  • Mix well and serve with your preferred topping.
